If At First You Don't Succeed

I have been into looking at crafty people's blogs and trying to see if I can make anything. It started with simple magnets. Somehow I messed those up. And I made a bridal shower pillowcase for my friend. That also turned out far from perfect. With each failure, I decided to take on a bigger, more difficult project. For some reason, I thought I could cutely decorate our kitchen table. I read some things online (from people who knew what they were doing) so I decided to test my craftiness. It had such potential to be cute. If only I picked a better design. And actually read the directions. Good thing the table was only $50.00, right? Here are some pictures of my project. It is kind of fun because our table was way ugly before anyway, so it wasn't too much of a downgrade. All I can say is, it's a good thing we don't have a house yet.

I think it's great Sar! What is that on the top? Like what kind of applique or whatever? I think it's cute.

Hey--I think I saw these pictures on your camera. Weren't there also pictures of Jeff looking irritated as he worked on the table? Where are those?
